* CONTROL # is on the top right corner of F150 Elevator Subcode Technical section and is DIFFERENT from the permit number.

* If this is a new building, please ensure that it has been registered in [Property Search] HERE before scheduling a final acceptance inspection since the Elevator Safety Registration # will be a required field on the following page. You may be asked to sign in on your MyNJ account if you are not signed in already. If your building does not appear, please follow the To Register a New Building instruction at the top.
